Had a new battery installed in my 2014 Corvette. Tim in service made it all happen. Also had an oil change done while I was there. Always prompt and courteous whenever I visit them.

Came in just for an oil change and basic check. Made the appointment the day before it was great I didn’t have to wait days to get in. Only took about an hour and that included a reprogramming recall I didn’t know about. As always great service!

Wonderful staff. I had you install luggage rack bars. Your people got it done but it appears there are some that still need training pn this accessory as it took significantly longer than it should have and they had to bring a second person, one who had experience with this item’s installation.

I was very disappointed with your service person. I asked him to show me some settings on my truck. He asked me who my salesmen was. I also asked if they could wash my truck. He told me to go down the street. I've never been to a dealership that didn't wash the vehicle after service. I think I will find another dealership to do my service. Very disappointed.

Service manager explained what they thought they would do and the cost. Then, called with a question. In the end, the cost was less than quoted. Although they couldn't get the car to fail as I've experienced, I believe they did all that was possible. I've always had a very good experience with this service department with this and my previous car, over 7-8 years.
