The service department at Alan Browne does an excellent job. Any problems I have they take care of it. After my oil change and tire rotation I had an error show up about tire pressure system needs service. I returned the same day, and they took care of the error. They told me any problem to let them know and they would take care of it.

I call up for service on my vehicle, everything is taken care of. The service every single staff member I have met there has been phenomenal.

Friendly staff prompt service and always there for you

Service manager explained what they thought they would do and the cost. Then, called with a question. In the end, the cost was less than quoted. Although they couldn't get the car to fail as I've experienced, I believe they did all that was possible. I've always had a very good experience with this service department with this and my previous car, over 7-8 years.

They got me right in and out

Was there for an oil change and tire rotation got in and out in about an hour. Great service!

It has been a challenge to get my Navigation system to work. sales and service has worked together as well as I making a trip to my phone carrier. It is working better, I know have to learn how to control it.

I didn't have an appointment and I needed an oil change and they were happy to take my vehicle in for an oil change and with every oil change you get a tire rotation which was nice to mention to me. Very quick and easy. The oil change was my first one from me buying my new 2026 equinox so it was on them, even better. Thank you Alan Browne Chevrolet! Will be back for more!

They are very friendly and accommodating. I get rides home and picked up. Not happy with the service department. The last 2 times they can't figure out what was wrong. They put parts in that weren't needed and didn't fix the problem. I get it back and the next day the check engine light is back on. I have a Chevy truck. I've spent over $7000.00 for nothing to be fixed.

Went in to have a transmission issue fixed. Work was done quickly and so far no new error codes.

Best Experience Ever, (ALAN BROWNE CHEVROLET GENOA, IL) I’m 59 years of age and I bought several vehicles from different dealerships. I bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado Z71 RST from another dealership in Illinois on 12-10-2025, ON THE OUTSIDE THE TRUCK WAS GREAT, PERFORMANCE AND COSMETIC IT WAS NOT. AFTER, DRIVING FOR A COUPLE DAYS IT STARTED TO FALL APART, THE CAR FAX SHOWED IT WAS NEVER IN ACCIDENT, COME TO FIND OIUT IT WAS A MAJOR ACCIDENT, unfortunately I WAS LIED TOO, that all I going to say about that Please be careful when vehicle shopping, my fault and another learning experience. On the other hand, unfortunately, I was upside down in my 2020 Silverado and 5 months of payments and couldn’t even drive truck because I felt unsafe. With that being said. CO-WORKER recommend Alan Browne Chevrolet. I went to Alan Browne Dealership. On Wednesday 5-20-2026, I never ever would have thought they would get me out of this 2020 Silverado and my loan after just 5 months of purchasing it. WITH BRAND-NEW 2026 CHEVY COLORADO TRAIL BOSS with 19 miles on it. Brad Alberts my Salesperson, I’m telling the truth No Pressure, first thing he asked how was my day and what brings you in today? I had an oil & filter change scheduled. When I got there I added a fuel filter change on my Duramax. That was done along with check and top off all fluids and rotate tires. It was all done in about one hour. That is fast service.

The dealership expirence was good. I had to jump start a car in Wisconsin, and I couldn't get my truck hood open. Apparently the tech left a shop rag behind, and it got stuck in the hood latch mechanism.

I've had to get the rim replaced, it was cracked when I got it. And now I need brakes already, it's hard to get my vehicle in because I work two jobs. They won't work with us, no loaner car for the day they need it. I have spent more on the car than I have on payment so far!
